How to Be Skinny
1. Do exercises to the point where you’re slightly out of breath
Simple tip… if you can hold a normal conversation while you’re exercising, then you’re doing basically nothing in regards to helping yourself lose fat. It simply won’t happen. You need to put more effort into it. Here’s how to do that while cutting your exercise time in 1/2.
You do HIIT.
That’s high intensity interval training. Heck, it almost doesn’t even matter what exercise you do just as long as you follow this principle. You exercise hard and fast with “near maximum” effort for 10-15 seconds. You then follow that up with a lower intensity for about 50 seconds. You keep doing that for a total of 20 minutes.
That’s all you need… 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week.
Do this with the stationary bike, the elliptical machine, the stairstepper, the treadmill, the rowing machine, walking and sprinting, whatever. Just remember that principle… 10-15 seconds of really good effort followed by an “active rest” of 50 seconds. Do that over and over and over until the 20 minutes is up.
2. Another totally different way to get skinny is do the “3 minutes” principle
This is totally different. Instead, what you do is short mini-workouts for 3 minutes at a time. The reasoning behind the effectiveness of this method is that you constantly “TWEAK” your metabolism into going faster. If you were to do this 7-10 times a day, you can effectively program your metabolism to speed up and stay at that higher fat burning rate within a week.
Best advice on this… use tv commercials.
Doesn’t matter what you do… jumping jacks, jumping rope, mini-trampoline jumping, etc. Just remember the principle.
