After work is another great time to squeeze in a workout. Many people choose to get a membership to a gym that is on their way home from work. Choosing a gym that is conveniently located to you is the number one way to make sure that you use it. Working out after work is also a great way to release some of the stress that has built up during the day.
Other people, especially those with children choose to workout at night after the kids have gone to bed. While this is sometimes a convenient time, there is the possibility of deciding not to do it because you are too tired.
When it comes right down to it, when you workout or exercise is not as important as the fact that you should workout and exercise. Pick the time when it is the most convenient for you, this will help insure that you have the best chance of sticking with even the most basic of programs.
