5.Make sure that you have gathered all your exercise equipments in one place before you begin. That way, you will have easy access to each of them if you want to move from one equipment to another. If you have a mini gym at home, it will be advantageous on your part because your equipments will be more organized.

Arm Stretching
This is something that you can do for a few minutes. You can do it while sitting or standing. Because they are very simple, you can do them even at work. They can improve the blood circulation in your arms and shoulders.
Push-ups
This can be done by lying on your chest and placing your arms in line with your shoulders. Rest your palms flat on the floor. Push yourself up without bending your back. Pause for a while and then, go back to the first position. You can repeat this exercise for 10 times.
Aerobics
There are many aerobic exercises that can tone up your arms. They will also benefit the other parts of the body; plus, they will boost your energy.
Dumbbell Exercises
You can experiment with your dumbbells. There are combinations of dumbbell exercises which you can find on the net and they will surely help you in toning up your arm muscles as quickly as possible. After a few weeks, you will notice the big change in your arms.
